It's time to get closer to God....

What does life mean to you?

What are your goals in life?

For some, life is just sheer existence. 

For most Americans, life is all about what I can get and not what can I give. 

I'm sure that every one of us has seen pain in one way or another in this world. 

We say, "God, why did you allow this to happen?" as we live our lives for ourselves. 

We tend to blame God and not even look at what we may be doing wrong. 

Sometimes it seems like we think we're perfect and that God's not doing His job right. 

We go about our days leaving God on the shelf. 

And when a trial comes our way we beg for help!

I'm sure that most of us carry a smartphone with us everywhere we go, but we can't seem to take God with us when we go about our day. 

It's time that we die to self!

Realize who God is and what He's done for us!

It's time to spend more time in prayer and spend less time in surfing the web or doing other less important things. 

It's time we look around and see those that need to hear about the God we serve!

It's time to get closer to God. 

There's no time to mess around with worldly pleasures. 

We need to live like today may be the last day!
