As some of you know I was at ASI helping with AudioVerse this year and the way we got there was by Greyhound which was a real experience!!
While we were on that but for 4 days on the way back we met some really nice people as well as some really bad people!
There's one guy that really sticks out in my mind!
We had been on the same bus together for like 2 days, and never said a word to him until the bus broke down, and then we had all the time in the world to talk, and so we did, as we talked things started to come around to spiritual things.
And we started to talk about working for God and how we as a people are not doing what God has called us to do.
Before long the bus was running again and we were back on the road.
But Schane and I were still talking to him and the more we talked the more he got on fire about working for God. He said that he was thinking about becoming a youth Pastor.
As we talked the thought crossed my mind: Is this guy more on fire for God and mission work than me and anyone I know?
Here is a guy that has tattoos and that has had a really rough growing up life ' more on fire for God then us that have been going to church for years and that know what is truth.
Is it just me or is there something wrong with that picture?
"No man can serve to masters, for either he will hate the one, and love the other, or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon."
So by that verse it looks like we have a choice, God or man.
